We’ve done our best to make the online ordering system as easy and efficient as possible. However, if you experience and problems or have any questions regarding our online store, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you out.

Our FYL Points Program is simple:

  • For every $10 you spend on Fix Your Lid product, you get 1 FYL Point.
  • For every review you write about one of our products, you will get 3 FYL Points. Please note you must have an account and be a “verified buyer” to leave a review for a specific product.
  • Each FYL Point is worth $1 towards your next purchase.

Please note that even if you have purchased a product in the past, you can still leave us a review and earn FYL Points!

The points are only applicable to Fix Your Lid product – not gift cards, shipping or applicable taxes. And your FYL Points never expire – as long as our FYL Points Program is active.

We may add other rewards in the future – but, for now, we’re keeping it simple. Just our way of saying “Thanks!”

Currently we only accept PayPal for online orders. If you don’t have a PayPal account, that’s no problem – you can still pay with a credit card via PayPal even if you don’t have an account. The system is completely safe and secure and your information is protected.


We ship via USPS and only will deliver within the United States. Delivery times vary and depend on your geographical location – but generally the delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Our flat USPS shipping rate is $7.50 for orders under $40.00 USD.

Orders over $40.00 USD (physical products only – electronic gift cards do not apply) will qualify for free shipping and will also include a special bonus gift of our choosing.

Orders received before 2:00 pm Mountain time will be processed and shipped that same day. You will then receive a USPS tracking number via the email address you provided so that you can track the status of your shipment.
